We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused if our product did not meet your expectations. Our aim is to provide a smooth and efficient process for returns and exchanges, ensuring your satisfaction every step of the way.

Return & Exchange Guidelines:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges only for perfumes, provided they meet the following conditions:

• Return/exchange requests must be made within 15 days of purchase.
• Perfumes must have at least 90% of the product remaining in the bottle.
• Return/exchange is only applicable to 30ML and 50ML perfume bottles.

Note:

This policy applies only for online purchases.

If the box is damaged beyond its original condition when sent to you, small charges may apply.

For 30ML and 50ML perfume bottles, a nominal fee will be charged if the product has been used up to 10%. No charges will apply for negligible usage, but if more than 10% of the perfume has been used, unfortunately, the return will not be accepted.
